Changes Made to Knik Race Courses

In Announcements, Race Course, Race News

To streamline race costs and logistics, we’ve modified the Knik 100 and Knik 2oo race courses.

Both races will start at Knik Lake in Wasilla.

Teams participating in the Knik 200 will go to Eagle Quest Lodge (approximately 60 miles from the start), sign in/out, drop dogs if necessary, then continue to Yentna Station (approximately 35 miles further), complete their six hour mandatory layover, return the same way to Eagle Quest and on to the finish line at Knik Lake.

Knik 100 teams will go from Knik Lake to Eagle Quest, complete their six hour mandatory layover, then return to the finish line at Knik Lake.
